Marinate chicken wings with vinegar, light soy sauce, and salt for half an hour. Then on a pan heat, some oil and shallow fry it till the flesh becomes tender. Sprinkle garlic powder, black pepper powder, and salt to taste. In a cup mix honey, dark soy sauce, and corn flour. If needed, use water. Pour it on the chicken to give it a sticky coating.
